Host Policy Requirement

Every Host must state a cancellation policy visible to Guests at the time of booking.

Guest Responsibility

Guests must read and understand the Host’s policy before confirming their booking.

Host Fault

If a booking is not honored due to a Host’s error (e.g., double booking), the Guest receives a full refund.

Guest Misrepresentation

If the Guest misrepresents details (extra Guests, pets, age, etc.) and the Host refuses check-in, the Guest forfeits their refund.

Non-Refundable Service Fees

Guest Service Fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, even if the booking itself is refundable.

Extenuating Circumstances

Guests must not cancel via dashboard. Instead, contact contact@campnstay.com for review.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.
