• A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 75% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
• Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation within 30 mins with your booking details.

Refund Policy

• Advance booking payments are non-refundable for destination weddings.

Reschedule Policy

• Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 2 months before the wedding date, subject to date availability. If the requested date is not available, the booking cannot be rescheduled and the advance payment made by the client will not be refunded.
