Booking Terms
- A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining 80% must be paid upon arrival before participating in any activity or service.
- Once the advance payment is received, you will receive a confirmation within 30 mins with your booking details.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date will receive a 90% refund, with a 10% processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
- For cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer either a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
- Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking.
Reschedule Policy
- Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 7 days before the original booking date.
- Rescheduling requests made 4 to 7 days before the scheduled booking date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling within 96 hours of the scheduled booking date is not permitted.
